Mike, a 10-year-at-the-company technician, answered the phone upon our first inquiry with Pure Touch and was so clearcut, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful that we were moved to directly compliment him on his honesty in helping us find the right level of filtration for our personal needs. For our family’s hard water skin/scalp issues, our need was an “emergency,” and we were thrilled installation could be scheduled in just 48 hours! Mike continued to be very communicative over phone/text, supported by the company’s automated emails, and our installation of the Builder softening system took just 1.5 hours in our garage, without our being required whatsoever. We were given a thorough training (it’s easy!) on the softening system, had every question answered, and can’t believe we only need to check on it every 4-9 months for salt addition for our family of 3! The system adapts to our supply demands, even if we have visiting guests or disappear on vacation altogether. WHY didn’t we invest in water conditioning sooner?!
